Please contact us prior to returning merchandise for return authorization. No returns will be accepted without this.
Refunds on returns does not include the cost of shipping and handling that was required to send the merchandise to you.
Return merchandise must be post paid from your location.
Merchandise who's wrapping or seal that has been opened/broken CANNOT BE RETURNED.
Merchandise that's received damaged, replacement or refund at your choice, shipping charges on original order not refundable. Shipping charges back to us is the responsibility of the customer.
Order Cancellation Refund Policy
We do not stock merchandise, to keep our prices low we order from the manufacturer/supplier on your behalf at the time you place an order with us.
As such, should you elect to cancel your order before the 30 day notification shipping requirement becomes applicable under the Consumer Protection Laws, you agree to compensate us liquidated damages, to the extent of all out-of-pocket expenses while acting on your behalf.
Example: if you order an item costing $15.00, and that item costs us $10.00 with shipping from the manufacturer/supplier, and you elect to cancel your order, our liquidated damages are $10.00 plus $3.00 for a merchant banking reversing entry for a total of $13.00.
Your refund would be $2.00.
